DL: Seasonal, modern American.

DL: Ahi tuna tacos with compressed watermelon pico, shrimp and chive dumpling and peach & blueberry parfait with vanilla ice cream and granola for dessert.
FW: What is your perfect day?
DL: Breakfast at Smoke with my wife, a round of golf mid morning, pool time in the late afternoon, and a Texas Rangers game in the evening.
